Targeting
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Targeting information has been added. Requires software upgrades.
Information includes cargo quantity, and average market price.
A hangar will indicate stock for sale and the selling price.
Hull condition is displayed in the top bar below the target name. If the target
is a moth the shield bar will be displayed in the lower bar.
Police moths have access to criminal records.
Economy

The cost of items is based on the manufacturing ingredients.
Raw material costs are those from 'itemdat' file.
Selling to a hangar decreases hangar sale costs, buying increases costs.
Hangars pay more for what they don't have.
Afterburner
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Requires 'Fuel Cells' to be fitted, powering the afterburner. Toggled with
'star shells' button. Energy is consumed briefly during ignition cycle and
reloading with a new fuel canister.

Settings are configured through windows registry.
